Det er en flere tusinder \u00e5r gammel teknik, som is\u00e6r blev anvendt af buddhister i den \u00f8stlige del af verden. Den har dog intet med religion at g\u00f8re i den vestlige verden. Det er professor i medicin Jon Kabat-Zinn, der i 1980\u00e8rne introducerede mindfulness i den vestlige verden og han definerer mindfulness som &#8220;Evnen til at v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 en bevidst m\u00e5de i det aktuelle \u00f8jeblik uden at d\u00f8mme&#8221;. Mindfulness kan med andre ord beskrives som en tilstand, hvor vi er fuldt til stede i nuet og accepterer det, som er. Vi har fokus p\u00e5 blot at v\u00e6re, og vi har fuld opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 vores tilstedev\u00e6relse fra \u00f8jeblik til \u00f8jeblik. N\u00e5r vores tanker ryger til fortiden, fremtiden eller ud i d\u00f8mmende tanker om enten os selv eller andre, observerer vi tanken og vender s\u00e5 blidt opm\u00e6rksomheden tilbage til nuet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mindfulness handler dybest set om tr\u00e6ning af din opm\u00e6rksomhed. Det er evnen til at have et perspektiv, hvor du kigger p\u00e5 dig selv udefra og bliver i stand til at observere, hvad du retter din opm\u00e6rksomhed mod og til at \u00e6ndre p\u00e5 det, hvis det er det, du \u00f8nsker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Forskning viser at tr\u00e6ning af mindfulness \u00f8ger din evne til at h\u00e5ndtere daglige stressfaktorer, dit immunforsvar bliver bedre, din puls og blodtryk s\u00e6nker sig, du f\u00e5r en f\u00f8lelse af indre ro, din nerv\u00f8sitet\/angst d\u00e6mpes, du f\u00e5r st\u00f8rre mental klarhed, din evne til at h\u00e5ndtere din f\u00f8lelsesm\u00e6ssige tilstand bedres og du f\u00e5r en \u00f8get opm\u00e6rksomhed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hvordan kan du s\u00e5 komme i gang med at tr\u00e6ne mindfulness. Det kan du fx ved at lytte til en kropsscanning, hvor du p\u00e5 skift bringer opm\u00e6rksomhed til forskellige dele af kroppen. (Der findes flere gode udgave p\u00e5 youtube). Du kan ogs\u00e5 sidde 3-5 min., hvor du kun koncentrerer dig om at m\u00e6rke din vejrtr\u00e6kning, og n\u00e5r dine tanker flyver hen p\u00e5 noget du har gjort eller skal, guider du dem venligt tilbage p\u00e5 din vejrtr\u00e6kning. Endelig kan du ogs\u00e5 tr\u00e6ne mindfulness, hvor du fokuserer p\u00e5 kroppen, n\u00e5r den udf\u00f8rer forskellige bev\u00e6gelser fx yoga\u00f8velser, b\u00f8rster t\u00e6nder, spise, drikke, vaske h\u00e6nder).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mindfulness er en metode til at skabe ro, n\u00e6rv\u00e6r og overskud i en travl verden.
