Det kan fx m\u00e6rkes som tr\u00e6thed, nedsat koncentration, hukommelse, \u00e5ndedr\u00e6tsbesv\u00e6r, hjertebanken, hum\u00f8rsvingninger og mange flere fysiske og psykiske symptomer. <strong>Alle kan blive ramt af stress<\/strong>, som opst\u00e5r, n\u00e5r vi igennem l\u00e6ngere tid har brugt flere ressourcer, end vi har haft. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Stress er faktisk en sund reaktion p\u00e5 en usund situation<\/strong>. Stress er kroppens tegn p\u00e5, at noget ikke fungere optimalt. stresssymptomerne g\u00f8r os opm\u00e6rksomme p\u00e5, at noget i vores liv ikke er, som det skal v\u00e6re. Den situation vi er i og de relationer, vi indg\u00e5r, er ude af balance. Vi er dr\u00e6net for energi og kan n\u00e6sten ikke f\u00e5 hverdagen til at fungere. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">N\u00e5r man er ramt af stress, kan det v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt at tro p\u00e5, at det forsvinder igen, men det g\u00f8r den med t\u00e5lmodighed og sm\u00e5 skridt i den rigtige retning. <strong>Du vil langsomt m\u00e6rke at stressen slipper sit tag i dig og at du f\u00e5r det bedre. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Som stressramt kan man nemt f\u00e5 f\u00f8lelsen af at man bare skal tage sig sammen, man kommer let til at sammenligne sig med andre og kommer til at f\u00f8le, at det er en selv, der er noget i vejen med.
